SIGN ON BONUS ~ $500. after 30 days/$500. after 1 year
ESM has weekly pay, two consecutive days off, 40 hour work schedules, unlimited overtime available, and the potential to earn $50,000. to $60,000. per year! ESM has immediate openings for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions available in all of our office locations and surrounding areas – ESM has needs for employee’s throughout most of the State of Maine!
We have locations in Augusta, Auburn, Skowhegan, Bangor, Norridgewock, and Sanford just to name a few.
ESM’s pay scale is based on years of experience
ESM provides all the trainings and certifications you will need by State regulations, at absolutely no cost to the employee, and as a matter of fact you will be paid an hourly wage just for taking the trainings at our office locations. These trainings include CRMA, MANDT, CPR/First Aid, DSP, and MHSS. For each of the training/certification successfully completed you will receive an additional $ .25 increase in your base pay. If you already have these certifications and trainings and can provide proof, we will increase your base pay by $ .25 for each certificate you have, without having to take the same training through us. Overnight staff receive a $ .25 per hour differential.
As an Assisted Living Staff with ESM you will be working closely with individuals who may have a mental illness or intellectual disabilities, and / or brain injury, who need assistance in many or all aspects of their life. It could include personal care, community skills, bringing to appointments, home maintenance, organizational skills, banking, shopping, recreational exploration, behavioral health management, and motivation, among other things. ESM’s goal for all of our clients is to assist them to be part of the community. Much of the work we do is in the community or the individual’s home.
Full Time employees, after completing a 60 day probationary period, are offered Health Insurance(portion paid by employee), Vision Insurance (50% paid by employee), Dental and AFLAC insurances (100% paid by employee), eight (8) paid holiday’s, earned time / vacation that increases with years of service, mileage reimbursement, and a 401K plan after one (1) year of service.
